The size of the doll in has no relationship to the size of the wig, shoe, or accessory you are ordering. That is to say an 18" doll can take a size 8-9; 10-11; 12-13 or larger or smaller depending on the circumference of the head. All dolls are not created equal

Please measure the circumference of your dolls head as we show you below.

You must measure the dolls foot or the shoe you are replacing and if you measured inches you must covert this to millimeters (mm). Sorry, there is no other way  If you are a baby boomer, didn't pay attention in school or haven't a clue, don't let this scare you.
